God is the absolute sovereign and has absolute authority to issue whatever command He might will. Allah has taken the covenant from those who proclaim their faith in the Prophet and the Book to fulfill the obligations that He has ordered for them in the permissible and the impermissible. Some scholars said that; the general meaning of `cattle' includes domesticated cattle, such as camels, cows and sheep, and wild cattle, such as gazelle, wild cattle and wild donkeys. وفي كون هذا عتابا نظر فإنه قد قيل إن الأمر كان ندبا لا إيجابا ثم قد نسخ ذلك عنهم قبل الفعل فلم يصدر من أحد منهم خلافه. ياايها الذين امنوا لا تاكلوا اموالكم. Ibn Jarir said that this Tafsir conforms to the meaning of (`beasts of cattle') that the Arabs had. Here, Allah states, "Just as We allowed the meat of cattle in all conditions and circumstances, then do not hunt game when in the state of Ihram, for this is the decision of Allah, Who is the Most Wise in all that He commands and forbids. إن الله يحكم ما يشاء وفق حكمته وعدله.
الا الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات وتواصوا بالحق
When we slaughter a camel, cow or sheep, we sometimes find a fetus in its belly, should we discard it or eat its meat? سلة المشتروات فارغة. Allah says; يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَوْفُواْ بِالْعُقُودِ... O you who believe! «الصَّيْدِ» مضاف إليه. He said, كُلُوهُ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَإِنَّ ذَكَاتَهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّه. We should mention that Ibn Umar, Ibn Abbas and others relied on this Ayah as evidence to allow eating the meat of the fetus if it is found dead in the belly of its slaughtered mother. Allah emphasized this command when He said, وَالَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اللّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مِيثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ اللّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ. Ibn Abbas, Mujahid and others said that; `obligations' here means treaties. What has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah, and. الا الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات وتواصوا بالحق. An-Nasa'i also recorded it. So Allah said;... إِنَّ اللّهَ يَحْكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ ﴿١﴾.
The Arabic word an'am (cattle) denotes camels, oxen, sheep and goats, whereas the word bahimah means all grazing quadrupeds. But the terms in which the injunction is conveyed are bahimat al-an'am (all grazing beasts of the flock). Hence the permission is of wider import and embraces all grazing quadrupeds of the cattle type, i. e. which do not possess canine teeth, which feed on plants rather than animals, and which resemble the cattle found in Arabia in other characteristics. «أُحِلَّتْ لَكُمْ بَهِيمَةُ الْأَنْعامِ» أحل فعل ماض مبني للمجهول تعلق به الجار والمجرور وبهيمة نائب فاعله الأنعام مضاف إليه والجملة مستأنفة. At-Tirmidhi commented, "This Hadith is Hasan Gharib.
Hence the Qur'an establishes very firmly the principle that nothing except permission from the Lord - or lack of it - is to be taken into consideration in deciding what is lawful and what is not. وقوله عن علي أنه لم يعاتب في شيء من القرآن فيه نظر أيضا فإن الآية التي في الأنفال التي فيها المعاتبة على أخذ الفداء عمت جميع من أشار بأخذه ولم يسلم منها إلا عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه فعلم بهذا وبما تقدم ضعف هذا الأثر والله أعلم. الا الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات
وقد أحل الله لكم البهيمة من الأنعام, وهي الإبل والبقر والغنم, إلا ما بينه لكم من تحريم الميتة والدم وغير ذلك, ومن تحريم الصيد وأنتم محرمون. Bukhari, 'Dhaba'ih', 28, 29; 'Tibb', 53; Abu Da'ud, 'At'imah', 32; Tirmidhi, 'At'imah', 9, 11; Muslim, 'Sayd', 11-16; Nasa'i, 'Sayd wa Dhaba'ih', 28, 30, 33; Ibn Majah, 'Sayd', 13; etc. But if one is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, and not transgressing, then, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Indeed, Allah ordains what He intends. قال ابن العربي: هذا حديث موضوع لا يحل لمسلم اعتقاده; أما إنا نقول: سورة " المائدة, ونعمت الفائدة " فلا نأثره عن أحد ولكنه كلام حسن. Then pay full attention, for it is a righteous matter that He is ordaining or an evil thing that He is forbidding.
Hence, Allah's statement, أُحِلَّتْ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ الأَنْعَامِ إِلاَّ مَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ (Lawful to you are all the beasts of cattle except that which will be announced to you), means, except the specific circumstances that prohibit some of these which will be announced to you. 1 All grazing beasts of the flock *2 are permitted to you except those which are recited to you hereinafter, but you are not allowed to hunt in the state of Ihram (a state of pilgrim sanctity). وقال أحمد أيضا: حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة حدثني حيي بن عبد الله بن أبي عبد الرحمن الحبلي عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال: أنزلت على رسول الله صلى الله تعالى عليه وآله وسلم سورة المائدة وهو راكب على راحلته فلم تستطع أن تحمله فنزل منها تفرد به أحمد وقد روى قتيبة عن عبد الله بن وهب عن حيي عن أبي عبد الرحمن عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال آخر سورة أنزلت سورة المائدة والفتح ثم قال الترمذي هذا حديث حسن غريب. أعمل مثل بعضه; فاحتجب أياما كثيرة ثم خرج فقال: والله ما أقدر ولا يطيق هذا أحد; إني فتحت المصحف فخرجت سورة " المائدة " فنظرت فإذا هو قد نطق بالوفاء ونهى عن النكث, وحلل تحليلا عاما, ثم استثنى استثناء بعد استثناء, ثم أخبر عن قدرته وحكمته في سطرين, ولا يقدر أحد أن يأتي بهذا إلا في أجلاد. سورة المائدة [ مدنية وآياتها 120 نزلت بعد الفتح] "يا أيها الذين آمنوا أوفوا بالعقود" العهود المؤكدة التي بينكم وبين الله والناس "أحلت لكم بهيمة الأنعام" الإبل والبقر والغنم أكلا بعد الذبح "إلا ما يتلى عليكم" تحريمه في "حرمت عليكم الميتة" الآية فالاستثناء منقطع ويجوز أن يكون متصلا والتحريم لما عرض من الموت ونحوه "غير محلي الصيد وأنتم حرم" أي محرمون ونصب غير على الحال من ضمير لكم "إن الله يحكم ما يريد" من التحليل وغيره لا اعتراض عليه. Imam Ahmad recorded that Abdur-Rahman bin Mahdi related that Muawiyah bin Salih added this statement in the last Hadith, I (Jubayr) also asked Aishah about the Messenger of Allah's conduct and she answered by saying, "The Qur'an. Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that; a man came to Abdullah bin Mas`ud and said to him, "Advise me. Allah said, فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلاَ عَادٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ.
ياايها الذين امنوا لا تاكلوا اموالكم
قال ابن أبي حاتم حدثنا أبي حدثنا نعيم بن حماد حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك حدثنا مسعر حدثني معن وعوف أو أحدهما أن رجلا أتى عبد الله بن مسعود فقال: اعهد إلي فقال إذا سمعت الله يقول " يا أيها الذين آمنوا" فأرعها سمعك فإنه خير يأمر به أو شر ينهى عنه. Explaining the Lawful and the Unlawful Beasts. This manner of dressing is termed ihram because once a man has assumed it he must treat as prohibited a number of things which are ordinarily lawful, for example either shaving or trimming the hair, or using perfumes and other items of toiletry and the gratification of sexual desires. «إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ ما يُرِيدُ» جملة «يَحْكُمُ» خبر إن وجملة «يُرِيدُ» صلة الموصول واسم الموصول في محل نصب مفعول به.
